Fabulous Friday!!!

My absolute favorite day of the week is Friday!!! I sleep good on Fridays! I don't have to go to work on Friday nights! I just love Fridays!!!!!

The sun is shining today which hasn't happened here in Philly in DAYS!!! It's been a long wet week.

And when the sun shines, the kids go out to play. And that is good!

Jerry's report card came from high school today. I knew he did good because we checked his grades on gradeconnect. But I was dying to see his ranking! Ok, no pressure because it's really not that important. What's important is that he did well and he came out of his freshman year without too many battle scars!

But I was still dying to see the ranking. He's #20 out of 334! Ain't too shabby in my book! I'm so proud! He really had an adjustment this year to high school. There were days when we laughed, but there were days when we cried. There were good times and bad times. There were even some scary times. But all in all, he aced it! He came out better than he went in and that's what matters. He's a true Salesian Gentleman which is one of the things their catholic school strives to instill in their students. He has a beautiful, strong faith. He's a gentleman in every sense of the word and I'm just so damn proud of him!!!
